As part of the activities of the “Dance by C.L.E.S” program that was launched this academic year in collaboration with the National Dance Institute of New York (NDI), the students of the Mohammad Shamel Official School gave a dance recital to showcase their mid-year progress. Mrs. Faten Al Edlebi, the school’s principal hosted this recital that was attended by C.L.E.S president Mrs. Carmen Chahine Debbane, Mr. Raymond Debbane, Mr. Mohammad El Jamal the supervisor of the educational area in Beirut, in addition to members of the C.L.E.S scientific committee and administration.
More than 88 students from the fifth and sixth grades participated in the Dance by C.L.E.S program. The program is led by a team of trainers from C.L.E.S under the supervision of specialists from NDI. The Dance by C.L.E.S program strives to help DYS children to gain discipline, self-confidence, and trust in others.
