As part of the activities of the “Dance by C.L.E.S” program that was launched this academic year in collaboration with the National Dance Institute of New York (NDI), the students of St. Coeurs Sioufi School gave a dance recital to showcase their mid-year progress. Sister Helen Richa, the school’s principal hosted this recital that was attended by C.L.E.S president Mrs. Carmen Chahine Debbane, Mr. Raymond Debbane, Mother Antoinette Bassil the president of the St. Coeurs Sioufi convent, in addition to members of the C.L.E.S scientific committee and administration.
More than 120 students from the fifth grade participated in the Dance by C.L.E.S program. The program is led by a team of trainers from C.L.E.S under the supervision of specialists from NDI. The Dance by C.L.E.S program strives to help DYS children to gain discipline, self-confidence, and trust in others.
